Resolutions to LOVE!

More Resolutions?!

For the sake of SPIRITUAL “Health & Wellness”, there are!
Fresh today (1/9/2014) & every day.

Good for body, mind, & soul.  Good to both keep and give away!

Fr. Wade’s “10 WAYS TO LOVE” or10 SOCIAL RESOLUTIONS” to help live the 10 Commandments… in order to cast out all unfounded fear – fear that leads to slavery – because God wants children, not slaves [Romans 8: 15-16] – from Fr. Wade Menezes Homily [EWTN Mass] 1/9/2014:Way quote. 10 Social Resolutions by Fr Wade.revised1. Listen without interrupting. [Proverbs 18:13]

2. Speak without accusing. [James 1:19]

3. Give without sparing. [Proverbs 21:26]

4. Pray without ceasing (in prayer/work/recreation). [Colossians 1:9]

5. Answer without arguing. [Proverbs 17:1]

6. Share without pretending, exaggerating, or lying. [Ephesians 4:15]

7. Enjoy without complaining.  [Philippians 2:14]

8. Trust without wavering. [1 Corinthians 13:7]

9. Forgive without punishing. [Colossians 3:13]

10. Promise without forgetting. [Proverbs 13:12]

Per Fr. Wade:  “It is said that fear is the chief activator of all of our faults.”
There is a LOVE, however, which casts out all Fear… all Slavery.

For those who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God.  For you did not receive a spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you received a spirit of adoption, through which we cry, “Abba,* Father!” [Romans 8: 14-15]

Faith without fear.  God bless–

LOVE.

1/11/2014 ADDENDUM:  For those who may also be interested in Fr. Wade’s LIST of VIRTUES [by Romano Guardini] from today’s homily (1/11/2014), I believe this is it, noted below, based upon what I was hearing while watching on EWTN. [Note: Fr. Wade will be providing complete list on FoM site, as stated in his homily. (List pending at time of this post).]  The “virtues that lead us to God by way of a stronger prayer life”:

1. truthfulness; 2. acceptance; 3. patience; 4. justice; 5. reverence; 6. loyalty; 7. disinterestedness (non-utilitarianism); 8. asceticism; 9. courage; 10. kindness; 11. understanding; 12. courtesy; 13. gratitude; 14. unselfishness; 15. recollection; 16. silence; 17. justice before [for] God.

And I loved the following quote as well!

PRAYER cleanses from sin, drives away temptations, stamps out persecutions, comforts the faint-hearted, gives new strength to the courageous, brings travelers safely home, calms the waves… lifts up the fallen, supports those who are falling, sustains those who stand firm.”  Tertullian

And last but not least, as Fr. Wade would say, God bless you!
